The bottom video seems to favour a ball earth win on the subject, BUT because every 10 meters of height would add about another 11km to the horizon distance when viewed at a higher level, it’s still actually NOT clear cut.
Viewing a ship at different heights proves nothing, because you are changing the horizon distance. To be fair, you need to observe an object from the SAME height and pull it back into view. Which the top video does. That clearly answers the discrepancy in the bottom video.
